RMA Procedure

RoyalTek provides replacements or repairs for customers for defective products within the applicable warranty period. To obtain warranty service, an original or copy of the invoice from the original retailer is required. Online auction confirmations are not accepted for warranty verification, and RoyalTek will not replace missing components from any package purchased through an online auction. RoyalTek retains the exclusive right to either repair or replace the unit with a "newly-overhauled" unit or new unit at its sole discretion. The same policy shall apply to software.

Please complete below two easy steps for each RMA item.

1.Contact RoyalTek Technical Support to receive an RMA number.

Call or e-mail a RoyalTek Technical Support Staff to describe the problem and request a return material authorization (RMA) number. You will need to provide the unit's serial number , invoice no., your return shipping address and a daytime phone number.

2.Ship the unit, along with the RMA number, to RoyalTek.

Once you have received the RMA number, you also will be told what dock number to include in the shipping address. Ship the unit (insured) to the following address and include the assigned dock number:
